To order:
•    You put your items in the Paper Bag
•    You mark the general conditions and the kind of shipment
•    You fill in the form correctly and press the send button
•    You will receive an email with the invoice of your purchased products
•    After payment Cluck will send you the products
•    When the products are not in stock Cluck will inform you by email
•    When it is a present you can write the text for a handwritten postcard in the   blank field of the order form

Shipment:
•    After Cluck has received the payment the order will be prepared
•    Your order will be shipped as soon as possible. As soon as your order is sent   Cluck will send you an email.
•    All parcels will be sent with TNT postal office. Cluck is not responsible for loss, theft or damage through shipment.
•    Cluck will do its best to trace lost items. If you want to send the shipment assured, please let us know.
